Privacy Policy
The short version: we keep what we need to run ZeuxDrive safely, and not a byte more. The long version follows below.
Last updated: 4/18/2026
1. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, and a password hash. When you enroll a vehicle, we store the make, model, color, year, and VIN. While you are driving with broadcasting enabled, we process approximate location data to enable proximity-based features.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to operate ZeuxDrive — authenticating you, broadcasting your configured status to nearby vehicles, delivering hazard alerts, powering convoy sessions, and presenting your garage profile. Aggregate, non-identifying metrics help us improve safety features.
3. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your VIN with advertisers. We do not track you when ZeuxDrive is not actively running in a driving session.
4. Your controls
You can deactivate broadcasting, edit or remove vehicles, change notification preferences, and request account deletion at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your personal data within 30 days.
5. Security
Data in transit uses HTTPS / TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with industry-standard AES. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.
