The rules of the road for using ZeuxDrive. Read them carefully — they are designed to keep the network safe for everyone.

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the ZeuxDrive app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ZeuxDrive.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum legal driving age in your jurisdiction to use ZeuxDrive and must own or be authorized to operate the vehicle(s) you enroll.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ZeuxDrive to harass, endanger, deceive, or impersonate others. Do not broadcast false emergency information, hazards that do not exist, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Vehicle identification
VINs are used to identify vehicles on the network. You are responsible for ensuring the VIN you enroll belongs to a vehicle you own or are authorized to represent.
5. Disclaimers
ZeuxDrive is a communication tool, not a substitute for attentive driving. We provide the app “as is” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for emergency response. Always obey traffic laws and your own judgment.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in-app; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
